The Jane Doe Novel Experiment

Creating Two New Novels. Writing One Chapter Weekly. Podcasting As I Go. Welcome to The Experiment.

Glitches & Solutions

The podcast is due today! Seven hours according to the countdown. I thought I was ready. I spent last week recording, editing, and reviewing the submission guidelines. Saturday, I sent in the podcast for chapter one of, Enough for Four.  (Two days early!)

Today, I’m dealing with glitches I didn’t notice. Uploading issues, grouping, and joint stereo. Truthfully, these things will take twenty minutes to fix. (I think) But I’m at work, away from all of my tools.  Even if that weren’t an issue, it can take a few days for Podiobooks to process the file when I resend it in a few hours. (They receive a lot of submissions daily) So, these revelations will change our schedule a bit: ^.^

1) I’ll stick to my plan to submit every Sunday, but I cannot say for sure when within that week the podcast will be available. Of course, I’ll let you know as soon as I do!

2) For the sake of  progress, I will run the first chapter through spell check one more time and load it to the blog for your reading pleasure. =) It’ll be up in two or three hours.

Hang in there with me! We’ll get this podcasting thing down to a science and then it’ll flow like clockwork. ^.^  In the meantime, enjoy reading chapter 1 of, Enough for Four!
